Plank can come as large as 48″ x 108″ and can easily be converted into specific customer sizes. It is used primarily
for end-caps and there are a variety of densities to choose from (1.2lbs. – 9 lbs.) depending on the application. Thicknesses range from 1/2″ to 3″, with greater thicknesses being reached through lamination. |

Sheet Foam
|
| Polyethylene sheet foam is a low-cost, flexible, all-purpose solution to many packaging challenges. It provides a high level of cushioning and compression strength and can also be used for non-packaging applications such as flooring underlay. Thicker sheets are very durable and tear-resistant, it is lint and dust-free and it offers great surface protection. |

| This foam type is typically custom-sized and comes in rolls, pouches or sheet formats. Roll widths are available in 48″, 60″ and 72″ slits and are perforated to suit customer needs. Other available widths include 1/48″, 1/32″, 1/16″, 3/32″, 1/8″, 1/2″ & 1/4″. |

Profile Foam
|
| This closed-cell structural foam provides surface and edge protection to any size or shape of product. It is chemically inert, odourless, flexible and has excellent shape memory. It offers good compression strength and shock-resistance and is a more flexible alternative to edgeboard. |
