Brampton's Crownhill Packaging Wins Prestigious Ontario Business Award

TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, October 15, 2008 — Crownhill Packaging Ltd. has been named one of 12 provincial winners of The Ontario Business Achievement Awards (OBAA) and the Ontario Global Traders Awards (OGTA) by the Ontario Chamber of Commerce.

Crownhill Packaging Ltd. will be one of two winners of the Business Excellence Small Business award.

Some of the reasons Crownhill Packaging was chosen for the award are:

• Significant growth while maintaining a small company approach

The American Express Business Excellence Small Business award is one of six award categories. Also being presented are the Desjardins Business Excellence Large Business award, the Corporate Governance Award, and the Innovation Technology Award, the Ontario Global Traders Award Innovation – Exports, and the Ontario Global Traders Award – Market Expansion (Product or Service). OGTA categories have gold, silver and bronze sub-category winners.

Awards will be presented at a gala event which will to be attended by approximately 1,000 business and political leaders at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Tuesday, November 4th, hosted by Canadian icon Jann Arden.
