Plank foam is lightweight, water and chemical resistant and highly buoyant. Offering great surface protection, along with shock and vibration absorption, plank foam is a great packaging foam for electronic components.
Plank comes as large as 48″ x 108″ and can be easily customized to suit your needs.It is used primarily for end-caps and there are a variety of densities to choose from depending on the application. Thicknesses range from 1/2″ to 3″, with greater thicknesses being reached through lamination.

Sheet foam is a low-cost, flexible, all-purpose solution for many packaging challenges. Providing a high level of cushioning and compression strength, it can also be used for non-packaging applications such as flooring underlay. In addition to it being lint and dust-free, thicker sheets are durable and tear-resistant, offering great surface protection.
Sheet foam is custom-sized, coming in rolls, pouches or sheet formats. Rolls are available in 48”, 60“ and 72” widths, perforated to suit packaging needs. Available thicknesses include 1/48”, 1/32”, 1/16”, 3/32”, 1/8”, 1/2”, and 1/4”.

Profile foam provides surface and edge protection to any size or shape of product. Flexible and with excellent shape memory, it offers good compression strength and shock-resistance, making it a better alternative to edgeboard.
